The grape of this brandy is handpicked at the beginning of September, and then it goes to the process of fermentation in a stainless steel under temperature control, then the ready wine goes through the process of distillation in a copper pot. The Muscat grape reveals notes of a gentle aroma of flowers and herbs with a density and softness on the palate. The finish of the grape brandy shows harmony, complexity and the unique flavors of the Muscat Ottonel.
