Alegria of Cabernet Sauvignon - personal label
- Product Code: Alegria of Cabernet Sauvignon
Dense ruby red color with an elegant aroma of dominant ripe dark red and black fruits – blackberry, black cherry and blueberry. The powerful structure of the wine can be felt in the taste, yet the tannins are soft and the finish noble and memorable. The wine was created from hand-picked grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with a limited yield of 400 kg/ha and harvesting in the middle of October when the optimal phenolic and technological maturity of the fruit has been achieved. A wine that boldly demonstrates the quality of the grapes and the craftsmanship of our oenologists to create a wine without the influence of oak.
The wine has not been in contact with oak, the intriguing secondary aromas are the result of bottle aging for a period of 2 years. An ideal combination with almost all red meats such as filet mignon or lamb, with duck terrine or cheeses with a firmer consistency such as parmesan, gruyere or comte.
